Usually when I throw an event, the artist will send their DJ to do the sound check. Sometimes you get lucky when you have a singer performing because they want to make sure their instrument (their voice) sounds right in that room. I had a blast with Sean Paul. One of the coolest guys I’ve ever worked with.
